Will not order from fetch again! Order not received nearly a week no order .tried to ring fetch number keeps saying they are unable to take calls dreadful .emailed them .they say they will raise with Hermes. Hermes saying my parcel is with courier will be delivered 30th September today is Saturday 3rd october. This is not the first time this has happened never again will I order from fetch and do not recommend them. I'm now going to ask for a refund.. I've now had to order from another company meanwhile waiting to found out what's going on with my order from fetch. Sorry fetch you have lost a customer here. Have tried several times to call fetch customer services No ones pick up phone says this number is not available right now and already emailed too.so far no one knows what has happen to my parcel Hermes says on their tracking website the parcel is with courier since Wednesday 30th sept.will call hermes by phone tomorrow which will be monday the 5th October in the meantime I ordered from zooplus the same product and got that today. This is just not on.. got in touch with ocado who said they will raise it with hermes... the fact I've had to order the same product from another company and received it today is a joke.never again will I order from fetch. Please dont tell me to call fetch again as they dont even answer.

This online shop is just terrible. I have ordered products from them on Wednesday, booked to arrive on Friday the 4 of December Only 1 item came. When I call them one of their advisors, the 1st one lies to me, trying to fob me off with, it takes up to 72 hours, conveniently dismissing that 1 of the items miraculously managed to arrive on the day it said it would. Then I call a second time with another advisor who apparently could not find a single person to escalate it, I personally think that was untrue. In addition she tells me is the reason she can’t find anyone to try and fix this, is that there is a process that needs to be done in order to escalate. I believe this too to be untrue. I was told someone will contact me within 4 hours. I am still waiting on Saturday morning the 5th of December. They also will not refund my money either unless I am willing to wait up for 10 days. Made yet another call and someoneis escalating this as well, blah, blahThis company is incompetent, isn’t honest with its customers when something goes wrong. Their advisors mislead not even thinking I have read their terms of service. They really don’t care about their customers and I hope to god that no one ever shops with them.

Last month I finally received my order, but not before it was cancelled three times in quick succession, with a rebooking over the phone to customer service being shortly followed by an email saying they couldn’t deliver. No explanations, and a relatively paltry voucher in apology. Have placed another order now, and will see if they managed to deliver in the agreed time slot, otherwise I will shop elsewhere.

I ordered veterinary prescription food for my 12 year old diabetic dog. This food keeps her alive in conjunction with her insulin. When I ordered I was quoted a delay which was fine. I never run out if this essential dog food which keeps my dog stable. It cannot be bought in shops only online. I paid extra to receive next day delivery when I was told the date the dog food was in stock. I received an email 3 hours before delivery slot to say it was not included in my order . ( I had ordered food for my non diabetic dog) I telephoned to ask why this had happened as I was now panicking I would run out of food! I was told they had no idea why this had happened! I asked to put in a complaint as this food is veterinary prescription and I now had to quickly find another supplier for a very quick delivery ? .The telephone advisor said he would put in my complaint and let me know the outcome! After a week I telephoned again . They informed me that the warehouse had not replied or addressed the complaint! This telephone advisor says he would chase this up .Two days later I received an email to say the warehouse had been let down by their supplier! No answer to my question as to why I was only notified 3 hours before the dog food was due! I emailed back to say I would never order from them again . No response. AVOID this negligent company m

Good service and quick delivery i irder all my dog food from Fetch.

Fetch has several of the foods my cats like, which is really lucky! Its easy to order. There is not a long wait for delivery. And if there are any problems, its easy to contact them and sort things out (a rare occurance)

If I could give zero stars I would!I decided to give Fetch a go as they said they would deliver next day at no extra charge and I was initially trying to save money and my regular supplier couldn’t deliver until the Tuesday! I placed my dog food order on Friday morning for next day delivery. Received Confirmation email to say delivery Saturday! No delivery arrived! I emailed and got a very generic response that there are delays with the courier and low stock..... so was it because they didn’t have it in stock or is it the courier? 4 days later I have received my order, not wrapped in any packaging and was so dirty I am surprised it was even intact! Very poor service, I will never use again and I will never try and save a couple of quid again by using a supplier I don’t know!! Sending order back for refund and reordered with my trusted supplier Viovet who are delivering tomorrow

Supplies are delivered when they say, most times within two days, on standard delivery. Products of recent manufacture. We have only had one damaged pack in about two years. Prices very keen, service Great!!Response to email requests exemplary

That was my third and last order, first time Hermes left my parcel somewhere, but Fetch refunded quickly, second time all was ok, third time I only got part of the order; the most important - veterinary food didn't arrive, it costs me dearly to buy that food at local vets, as it's happened just before Easter and there was no chance to order anywhere eles to be dlivered on time. Communication this time was poor - automatic response to email. They don't inform about possible delay as well, you can find out from email after you order and pay for next day delivery.

Ordered Puppy Hypoallergenic food and was told it would arrive the following day. A week later and 2 phone calls in the mean time it still hadn’t arrived. Awful service. Cancelled my order and went else where.
